Our coders and auditors are fully trained and proficient in all specialty areas working regularly in the various specialty areas to stay current. Our robust education program is also focused on providing the most up to date training on the specifics of each specialty with testing on each area to demonstrate proficiency.

WE USE COMPUTER ASSISTED CODING. DO YOUR CODERS HAVE THAT KNOWLEDGE?
Yes, our coders are experienced in various EHRs, abstracting systems, encoders and Computer Assisted Coding systems. We do recognize that specific processes can be unique to a facility and may ask for a walkthrough to ensure our coders are fully prepared.
WITH ICD-10-CM/PCS STILL BEING RELATIVELY NEW, HOW DO WE KNOW WHAT TYPE OF CASES TO AUDIT AND HOW MANY?
We will work closely with you to select the appropriate sample size and type.
